Personal licence holders held to account

The Commission has taken action against holders of a Personal Management License (PML) at Caesars Entertainment.
In April 2020, the regulator announced that Caesars Entertainment UK Limited would pay £ 13m and make a number of improvements based on a catalog of bugs, including those involving “VIPs”.

This does nor apply to certain websites listed at casinositesnotongamstop.com.

The investigation into PML holders was commenced because of concerns that they had not taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the manner in which they exercise their responsibilities in relation to licensed activities affected the owner of the operating or a company relevant operating license does not violate their license terms.
